eid 2009

and this is how i spent my raya.

8.00 am- i stated my day cursing - sh**, i'm late = no solat raya

9.15am- rushed to the bus stop wanting to catch the 9.30 bus. sadly, i missed the bus by one min

10.00am- entered the lecture hall right on time :D

10.50m- Professor Todd performed his Carlill v Carbolic Smokeball Company song. haha. it was entertaining. i know he is currently practicing his vocals for yet another song to conclude his Tort lectures.

11.00am- Atiqah treated me with nasi himpit and kuah kacang. :D

1.00pm- reached home. still no letter from HSBC

2.00pm- went to HSBC for the THIRD time to complain abt my pin number. I OFFICIALLY HATE HSBC!!!!!!!!!

3.00pm- got a phone call from dad- no wishing me selamat hari raya or anything

dad: nazu, your mother wants to speak to you

me: okay daddy

*pause*

me: daddy, arnt you going to pass the phone to mom?

daddy: why haven't you settle down nazu? you have been there for almost two months now.

me: i dont know, blame HSBC

dad: okay, now talk to your mother

mom: hey teddy bear, nope i've checked, no letter from HSBC for you.

me: okay, thanks mom

mom: okay, take care. bye

and they did not even wish me selamat hari raya. abang pun, i text him but he did not reply. same with my sisters.

but i had fun with my other family. had dinner with the raleigh klan. kamal made nasi lemak, sha made sambal. i boiled some eggs and cooked rendang, Brahim's style. yum yum.

to those yang their family members forgot to wish u on eid, just remember that you are not alone.
